Hello to all.

I really need a list that has been a struggle to get. Is it hard to get?  

I need a list of properties sold.

I need a Marketing Analysis report from the MLS of all the properties that have been sold using "cash" in this area (Jersey City), and all of the surrounding counties/zip codes, in the last 90 days. Basically the number from each zip code.

I finally got pictures of what the list looks like...

I need it to be the broker synopsis report that includes the realtor remarks.

Getting straight to it, I am taking action towards my move into wholesaling real estate. I am really in need of a real estate agent to make a specific list for me, which is my beginning step. This could also lead to a positive business relationship.
