This was an amazing deal and we performed a double close with our buyer.  He just completed the renovation and sold the property at nearly our projected ARV!

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Atlanta.

Purchase price: $30,000
Sale price: $104,000

acquired contract directly with seller. Sold contract to local rehab buyer who rehabbed the property and resold for 265k
