I am about to close on my first rental property and need some advise on what products to use. The biggest things it needs is new floors and all new paint. i would like to keep the cost on this project down but not so low that it will need to be redone every year. For the floors i have decided on vinyl plank floors and have been doing research, i have seen a lot of people swearing by Lifeproof floors by home depot but others say they scratch very easily. Does anyone have experience with this brand or recommend any other LVP. Also need a good paint, plan on painting all the walls a neutral grey and white trim. Any responses are very appreciated.
