I have considered doing general brokerage but I am also considering using my finance degree in commercial real estate which I believe requires more schooling. I cant wait to actually begin building my portfolio!

I work part time for a residential home builder in the sales office. I think I want to move more towards commercial real estate which I believe requires more schooling than I currently have. I do want to invest in RE once I start building capital like you were saying.

Hey BP community! My name is Derek and I am new to BP and to the real estate investing business in general. I was born in Texas, raised in Georgia and moved to Raleigh, NC a few months ago. I am looking to learn all about real estate investing strategies to find out what might be the best for me and my strengths.
