Hi @Ediza Ferris, if your meeting occurs on a monthly basis I would love to attend, unfortunately I can't this month being that I didn't see the post in time. Thanks for putting it out there, I hope it's a great meeting with everyone and I look forward to connecting with everyone in the future. 

Hey @Adam Shindler, a few of us are getting a meet up going towards the end of this month in the Detroit area. I am still waiting on the details but, you are definitely welcome. Also, local real estate clubs are a great way to go. I have been to the Macomb club and met a lot of great people there willing to help. I am trying the Troy club this month to see how it goes because networking is very important to me as well. Anyway, of you are interested I can try to get more info, just let me know. 

@Corey Woodruff I just got back with Bryan, that definitely works for me and I will definitely be joining. I am just waiting to hear back regarding the day. Like I told @Bryan Wilhelm, I'm goin full time newbie on this game. If there is anything I can do to help out on my end please let me know, I have a very flexible schedule and want to contribute.

Hey Detroit investors and veterans, how can I help? While I'm working on building capital for my initial investment property, I spend between 50-60 hours per week educating myself more about real estate or driving to analyze properties, in order to build good habits and experience. So, I thought that I might reach out and offer my time for investors in the greater Detroit area in exchange for a little more knowledge and experience. If you don't have the time to look, let me do it for you. 

Aside from attending club meetings and meet ups, I hope this will be another way to build a strong network within the investor community. So, let me know what your criteria is, and I will do what I can to help anyone that I can. 

@John Moore Thank you so much for the advice and appreciation for service. My business partners and myself are going to our local real estate club meeting tonight and then another networking event tomorrow. A fly on the wall is a great way to put it and yes, it takes years to become an overnight success.
