The reason is that we want options. We can use HELOC to do accelerated banking to pay off mortgage faster or have funds available to purchase future deals without have interest accumulate from day 1.

Hi all,

Looking for advice on any lender in Vegas that are willing to do a HELOC on a non-warrantable condo, with the reason being that an entity own more than the guidelines of 10% of the complex.
