Have you ever used a virtual architect like on upwork to save money on drawings when investing in a property? I'm curious if I can cut cost from using a local architect.

When the market crashes will flippers become renters? What are some safety precautions flippers take in case of a market crash? Do flippers still make money in a down market? Asking because I'm just starting out in real estate and want to have the best preparation strategy.

Hey Guys, I partnered with my college buddy on a flip, I've been researching and looking to get into it on my own. He recently purchase a nissan tundra because he said it saves him money on picking up materials and quotes from general contractor. If you're just starting out would you worry about this as I want to come out the gate cutting as much cost as possible.
