Agreed.. I have not had great experience in that world so far. Looking for someone to refer a company that has actually delivered results!

Hi Everyone- Does anyone here have any experience working with ad agencies specializing in SEO and other digital marketing? I receive dozens of emails weekly from companies marketing their services, and have also worked with a few in the past. From what I can tell, these companies seem to really be hit or miss.

Does anyone here have any solid recommendations or success stories about any of these companies?

Hi All-

Regarding the market and the probable correction:

While I understand nobody knows when, and how severe the correction will be, we all see the signs of things tightening, e.g. Fed rate increases, loan interest rates increasing, all-time highs in property value. This is likely to create a vastly different market than we are seeing today.

I wanted to start a discussion to see how it affects your strategies for rental acquisitions, refinancing, wholesaling, flipping, etc. We are involved in all aspects of real estate investing, and I always enjoy the opportunity to talk with others about how it is affecting your strategies and your planning. 

Of course exact strategies can't be developed until we understand the exact hurdles to overcome, but we can definitely game-plan now for what is to come.

Whether you are a flipper, wholesaler, rental owner, or property manager- I'd love your opinion!

Hey everyone! This is my first post on Bigger Pockets. I have read several of the books, listened to many podcasts, and read a lot of the forum threads. I love this site... It is such a great resource.

I am looking into buying a multifamily property, anywhere from 4 units up to 10 units.  My question is: does the rental property tool still apply to large properties, let's say 10+ units? Is there another post, tool, blog, etc. on this topic?

I would like to run some numbers and begin analyzing some of these deals that I have available, but I want to be sure I am using the correct calculations in my analysis. Any advice on where to begin digging into these?
