Thank you @Matt M., I appreciate any info you may be able to provide.  I am most likely looking for a GC for the project.  Budget is 20-30K.  I realize portions of this project may need to completed (by me most likely) at a later date to keep within budget.

Scope of Work

Existing addition of 120 sq ft:

• Demo and rebuild
• Foundation reinforce
• 3 new windows
• Install electrical/ plumbing to to support stackable washer
• New flooring 
• New lights

Bath:

• Tile walls
• New toilet
• New vanity

Kitchen:

• New lights
• Resurface existing cabinets
• New appliances
• Install sink
• New counters

Crawlspace:

• Tuckpoint interior perimeter bricks

Hi there,

I have an SFR in Denver that I have been renting out for 15 years. It is in serious need for some updating so I can get my rents up to market rate. Would anyone be willing to share names of general contractors in the area?
