Hello everyone, I just stumbled across this site in my quest to find financing info for investment properties. I'm in the process of selling my first home at around 2.5X profit and I want to reinvest, this time with reoccurring income. The first home was accidental profit, which I'm not mad about, going forward I want to add strategy and help my cause a little more. I am in the north metro Atlanta area.
Specifically what I am looking for is to make a purchase with as little down as possible. Most likely I would use a 15 yr mortgage, I just don't want to come out of pocket as much to start the initial investment. I have a few properties picked out which are in great locations for renters and excellent, move in ready condition. My hang up is the down payment. I have not navigated the site much yet so thats primarily what I will be searching for, any links or tips to this would be greatly appreciated!
