Hey Guys,

I'm an investor based out of Washington, DC but hold assets all over. Looking to explore the Worchester, MA area this coming April. Appears to be a strong niche market with local growth and great proximity to Boston. Looking to grab dinner/coffee/drinks with possible local managers and investors. Please feel free to reach out!

@Joshua Fann,

Came across this thread - seems like the types of projects we find ourselves in lately. Would be interested in hearing more how this deal is panning out!

Hey BP Community,

I was wondering if anyone here might have a recommendation for a national lender for a cash out/refinance for a rental portfolio. I have 5 brand new, full gut single family renovations I'd like to hold for rent. Not having 2 full years of tax returns and being self employed is keeping me from using local portfolio lenders. Been working with Lima One, but their rates seem very high considering low LTV and this being an asset-based portfolio loan for a 5/1 ARM. I have good income and 740+ credit.

Does anyone have a Lima One alternative they have used? Would love to hear any and all recs.
