Hello fellow investor I would like to know if it is a good idea to invest in Cleveland heights Ohio. Here is the deal I saw a house in Cleveland heights for $9500 but he said he owes about 30k in taxes and about 10k needed to getting it ready for rental. Is this a good deal.please help me analyze this deal

@Thomas S. The rent will be 1200 for both unit. However the most I can get for that duplex is 25k without renovation.

@Jason Torres Hi Jason. Thanks for your reply. I bought the duplex for 30k and I put it about 10k so far. I think it would take an additional 15k to make it rent ready. Rent goes for 600 per month.

Hello everyoneI bought a duplex in Detroit Michigan and I run out of cash to fix it. I was wondering if I should apply for a loan and try to renovate it or sell it. Let me know what you guys think, since this is my first investment property.
