@Carter Crowley thanks a lot , I haven’t made not a single deal yet, so I have no clue about contracts. I will be a wholesaler no doubt in my mind I have a desire to make a better way for my family. I’m just here searching for knowledge. I completely understand there’s a lot of busy individuals that’s educated and knows quite a bit about real estate, but I also understand if no one has time to help me. No hard feelings i feel its worth a try.

@Shawn Ackerman I appreciate you for the advice, I have no knowledge what so ever in wholesaling. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to learn if I could possibly run across someone that’s willing to give me a little more understanding about it

@Larry Frank is there anyway possible we could communicate via text or call? I’d like to speak with you so we could get to know each other a little more there’s nothing at all I have to hide I’m just trying to move away from my past and elevate I have no knowledge at all about wholesaling.

I’d appreciate any tips on finding the right individuals to hopefully guide me in the direction of wholesaling. Both commercial and residential real estate.
