I would do a search by instrument type (DEED), year to date (I did the search and got 14,713 results). I would then scroll down the list and find LLC's with FL mailing addresses that are obviously not Mortgage companies or home builders. Can not be certain they are all cash buyers, but doing the screening necessary to ensure that they bought or sold with cash may be more trouble than it is worth, and it explaining how to do that is certainly more detailed an answer than I care to give.
