I am trying to find someone that can help my clients with documenting their depreciation. Does any one know anyone that performs this type of service?

@Joe G. What kind of requirements does penfed asks for? I have some plans for rehab that I want to use a HELOC for but have a hard time figuring which lender to approach.

I am trying to extend a house an extra 160 square feet and a few contractors that it might cost between $10K - $30K for foundation alone. Has anyone had any experience with this?
My parents own their primary with my two uncles and they each occupy a floor. They're starting to think more about transferring the home into an LLC with 6 members (husband and wife x 3). What is the best way to accomplish this? I fear the tax consequences..
@Mark S. As an insurance broker, I think it's best to escrow as it keeps everything organized so you don't miss an insurance payment or tax payment. Saves you the headache in the long run. I have clients that opted to pay their insurance by themselves and often times see them lapse because they frankly just forgot. Having a home with no coverage is not ideal as it exposes yourself to claims and lawsuits.. The flip side however, if you choose to be billed directly instead of billing your escrow, you have a good idea whether or not insurance rates went up over the years..and decide whether or not you want to shop it.. Hope this helps. Denny
