Hi all,
If your new to real estate investing and starting out like myself. As you may or may not know(yet). It's always good to keep track of your FICO credit score, as this gives you an idea (financially) where you stand.
Credit Karma seems to be the main go to for a lot of people, I use it myself. Today in my studies/researching on REI I came across a guy on YouTube who recommend using this site called Creditchecktotal.com to check your scores as he claims it more accurate than Creditkarma. In giving it shot and trying it out to compare. I have to say I'm quite surprised in the differences of my score between the two! While you do have to pay $1 for a 7 day trial, it gives you your FICO score for all three bureaus whereas creditkarma does not (only transunion and equifax).
Not trying to advertise or anything like that. I'm just surprised in the differences, and wanted to share this info.
Hopefully this will helpful to someone.
