LOL. No Mr. Koenig. Like I said, I am an affiliate but its not like Im selling crack. I barely market it and if someone wants it, I will gladly sell it to them because simply put, it works. You just have to put the work ethic into it.

About the F650. Yea. 250 or 150 would work but if the world didn't have the "bigger is better" attitude, Bob would not have those ever so popular enzyte commercials. Dont know what Im talking about, google it.

In this case, bigger CAN be better. It all depends on how much time you put into it.

about the virus on Chris' page. Are you referring to the pop up that comes in when you first go there?

Wow. Cant believe that no one here is really pumped about Freedom$oft. yea it is a bit pricey but so is a F650 instead of a f150. Yea you can get it done but its going to be a whole lot easier with that 650.

Not to step on any toes but from all the feedback I usually see, it's seasoned investors who hate it or dislike it and probably have a system in place so if it aint broke, dont fix it.

Freedomsoft is geared towards newer investors who are using the internet to it's fullest potential. Websites, social media domination, google etc. Also towards seasoned investors who are looking for a change.

I think where all the down talk comes to play is just like anything, change is not welcomed. How many of us welcomed the change to the new digital tv system set in place by the government? Many didn't even care, but many did. I felt it was just another way for the government to watch us but thats my opinion.

I dont even have Freedomsoft but I watch my buddy use it and I am amazed at how easy Freedomsoft makes his "job" (thats a funny word to say now.. LOL)

Now they've added a truck load of features like direct mail, customizable websites, contracts at the push of a button (pre-filled with your info), updated cash buyers, videos of props on site, and much more.

One thing I hear many saying is it was hyped. Well so was LeBron James and he lived up to the hype but cant get a ring until he gets on the right team.

Freedomsoft can be your team but you have to be willing to accept change. They even have hours upon hours of instructional videos to teach you; not to mention the countless youtube videos on it.

Yes I am an affiliate but at no means am I here to sell it. I just want people to know that freedomsoft is NOT for every investor. The question is are you ready for freedomsoft.

I will be getting it and I cant wait to unleash the power of it. I wish I could find one of the thousands of people who bought it and dont use it because I NEED it and would pay for it and be forever grateful.

If you have any questions about it, feel free to ask me.

Happy investing

Vikram I'm not discouraged...LOL. Didn't mean to come off like that. I just realize that I'm new and a lot of investor would think not twice but 3 or 4, maybe 5 times before dealing with me. It's understandable. I want to say that when I get to the status where i'll be a hot comodity, that i'll remember where I came from and set aside funding especially for new investors who were once in my shoes. Money that I would care less about losing. They say it's all about who you know and I want it to be a privilege to know me.

I have so many ideas and many are going to change the way we wholesale but I have to get established before I let my ideas out. Believe me. You will one day here about me.. LOL.

So no. I'm not discouraged at all. Just a wake up call that I have to work twice as hard to get what I want. Thanks for the advise though Vikram. It is very much appreciated

I've decided to just do it the ol' fashion way. I will be successful in real estate whether anyone wants to or doesn't want to lend me any money or fund me. It's like drinking water all your life and suddenly getting a taste of sweet juice. I've wondered all my life what I would do to become successful and this is it. I appreciate everyone's input. I hear and understands everyone's point. Eventually, investors will be knocking down doors to do business with me but until then, I just have to do what I have to do. Thank you everyone

Understood. I don't mind splitting anyway. I just wanna make sure I have a good offer on the table when i do get my chance to go at a lender with my proposal. Half is fair. I would be making more money anyway if I could use their money in a say a rehab property type situation

I want to be backed by a private money lender so I can go after reo's for now. I just need them to put the deposit down where I would have some time to make moves and find a buyer.

What I want to know is what percentage do I need to promise them on their return for them to be interested. I live in Tampa. Don't know to much about private money right now but I'm ready to learn.

Also is this common? I want to go after short sales and reo's and the lender puts up the deposit. Once I sell the property, I give them the deposit back plus what ever their percentage. To me it sounds like a good deal because I would never need too much money but I also know that some deals will not allow assignment of contracts so they would have to come out of the pocket but hopefully I won't get to many of those.

No doubt: Bandit Signs. Well in my area of Tampa, FL, I put out 10 bandit signs on a Friday advertising a property I have for 30 cents on the dollar and I got like 14 calls the next day. Put them at busy intersections where people have to stop

I hear that. That's what they kept stressing at the Rich Dad Poor Dad seminar. Closed minded people cant wrap their minds around the concept of not using their money to invest.. LOL I was in that seminar looking at all those clueless people. So much to learn. Im learning everyday and loving every minute of it
