Hello Patty,  I am an investor/flipper and live in The Villages.  I'm still relatively new to this but I do have a lot of training that I plan to put into practice.  Currently I'm working with someone who has been flipping properties in Osceola County for over 20 years.  Our arrangement is that I fund the entire deal and he provides the experience and the management of the project. Of course he charges a small fee for his services.  Also I can kinda look over his shoulder as the project progresses.  So for me it's kind of like OTJ. 

Like you, I am looking to partner up with someone on more deals.  So feel free to message me if you have any questions or want to learn more about the project I'm working on.

Hello all, I'm brand new to BP and Real Estate investing. I'm interested in learning more about RE Investing, Flipping and Rental properties. While I currently live in Florida I am from Michigan and would like to explore that state as well.
