David thanks for the sound advice. I decided to start by taking a look at my home & all the renovations that can be made to get a basic understanding. 

I plan on reaching out to 2 local contractors that I will be in contact with about estimates.One problem is that im looking at a foreclosure property. 

I also plan on buying the book from Bigger Pockets on home rehab that come out January 3rd. Thanks again David.

Thanks for the advise Aaron. Im going to find a contractor to build a relationship with & ask them to tag along for one deal.
