Hey there! My name is Denis and I am currently in Sweden. Having a great experience in finding full of equity deals and analyzing them, I am looking forward to starting wholesale in the US market, using Prop Stream, Flipster and other softwares. I am a little bit worried about how to put the property under the contract with the seller, being abroad and then assign to an investor.
Do I need to have a confidant in the US then? Or is it fine if we do it remotely. I would be very grateful if somebody can notify me about potential pitfalls in doing a wholesale business in the USA from abroad. Has anyone experienced that?
Another question: I assume it is a good idea to wholesale a property which has been put under the contract on Biggerpockets, isn't it?
