I agree on my ROE. I was considering 1031ing into 2 multifamily or HELOC from unit into a downpayment into a multifamily.

I was down in Denver this weekend. Noticed Dave Myer and David Greene were in Denver today. I wish I could have met them or been there during their video.

I like Virginia...traveling is my hobby. 

I'm trying to establish my real estate investor hat. I currently have 2 units. One is short term and the other is long term. I'm looking into multi-family option in Northern Colorado. I have concerns of out of state investing, the 2023 market, interest rates, medium term. I'm soaking up information and want to be smart about this next purchase.

The long term rental, I've had for 20 years. It's in Denver.

The short term rental I purchased in 2021. It's on Maui. 

Fort Collins has grown, but as land is scarce the growth is in other parts of the county. 

I'm thinking my next purchase will be multifamily. Do you have experience with these?
