@Jordan D'Silva Hi Jordan, Thank you for your input! We are headed to Dallas in the next month or so to tour the neighborhoods and get a feeling for everything. Dallas is so large that it's surprising to me that there isn't deal after deal to be had.  Anyway, happy to chat some more if you have time. Thx!

@Scott Mac I realize that, but most investors and realtors I know in other markets have their finger on the pulse in their city and/or state and know or have an incling as to what neighborhoods are going to pop or likely have the best upswing.  I have done some research and reached out to my network and recieved some recommendations, but I feel like this community is active daily. so up to date stats and knowledge would be valid to consider also. Thank you for your views.

@Bruce LynnThank you for your input! You provide a great list for me to continue researching.  I really appreciate you for doing that and providing your rational.

Hi BB Forum,

We are interested to learn and get input on B/C class neighborhoods in Dallas where we can action the following:

- Wholesale (Stage 1)

- Fix/Flip (Stage 2)

- BRRRR (Stage 2)

- Buy/Hold (Stage 3)

We are out of state investors looking at the best market/neighborhoods to have longevity in. Would really like any insights you all may have on the potential (if you have worked in them) in these markets and if you feel there is opportunity in all 4 stages of our strategy. If so, what neighborhoods do you think have most potential? We are looking at B/C class neighborhoods where there are investors flipping and there is some room for growth. Also, if you are a potential buyer, it would be very interesting to hear from you.

We are working with a coach and have great tools for moving forward and really excited to get cranking. Just wanted to get a pulse from this amazing community on market potenital in Dallas and specific neighborhoods, etc.

As a side note, if you work in Dallas as a cash buyer, investor, title company, realtor, property manager and are investor friendly, feel free to reach out!

All the best to you all and your journeys.

Hi BB Forum,

We are interested to learn and get input on B/C class neighborhoods in Pheonix where we can action the following:

- Wholesale (Stage 1)

- Fix/Flip (Stage 2)

- BRRRR (Stage 2)

- Buy/Hold (Stage 3)

@Travis Timmons The subject matter is not new to us, those markets are, hence the humility to ask for input.  The comment you made tells me you are unwilling to provide that, yet you still took time out of your day to express yourself. Wishing you much success in your endevors.

@Bob Stevens Thank you for your input.  That's an interesting number. I think it depends heavily on the deal you get and what part of the cities you invest in, but I do think when you average it, it can seem pretty low.

Hi BB Forum,

You may have read our first forum post a while ago about getting started and more entrenched in the industry on a full time basis in the following capacities:

- Wholesale (Stage 1)

- Fix/Flip (Stage 2)

- BRRRR (Stage 2)

- Buy/Hold (Stage 3)

We are out of country investors looking at the best market to have longevity in and it's coming down to Pheonix, Houston or Dallas. We want to delve deep into one city first before moving to another.  Would really like any insights you all may have on the potential (if you have worked in them) in these markets and if you feel there is opportunity in all 4 stages of our strategy in that city.  If so, what neighborhoods in those cities do you think have most potential?  We are looking for now at B/C class neighborhoods where there are investors flipping and there is some room for growth.

Also, if you are a potential buyer, it would be very interesting to hear from you on neighborhood potentials in your city.  We are leaning more towards Houston than Dallas, but still interested in learning any insights around the difference and opinions in those two cities in TX.

We are working with a coach and have great tools for moving forward and really excited to get cranking. Just wanted to get a pulse from this amazing community on market potenital in these cities and specific neighborhoods, etc.

As a side note, if you work in these cities as a cash buyer, investor, title company, realtor, property manager and are investor friendly, feel free to reach out!

All the best to you all and your journeys.

@Linda Labbe Thanks and will connect with you separately.

@Michael P. Thank you so much!

@Scott Mac We have cash reserves and access to capital now so looking to move ahead on a few deals asap, however, of course want to find a good area to do that in and also make sure the numbers work in our favour to first and foremost flip. We are also open to creative financing if that's the path that's best for a particular deal.

@Ashley Madalone Super to see another powerhouse female making strides in this industry! Yeah!! I hear you about the competitive nature of the websites. What websites or software do you find most helpful in general when investing in real estate?  I have also really found Brandon Turners book super helpful! Almost finished with one of them and starting the other soon. Thanks for reaching out!

@Don Konipol Thank you for your insight Don. I will keep that in mind.

@Mike Morgan Thank you for that Mike.  I agree with you and we are working on that as I type.  I have found Brandon Turner's book very helpful also.

@John Mason Will for sure have a read! Thanks!
