I am considering loan options and want to consider buying down the loan rate.  Went would it NOT make sense to buy down the interest rate?

Hello to All. I have been considering it for some time, but reviews continue to be very mixed.  @Felicia Hamilton are you still working with them?  Do you mind sharing how much you received in your 1st round?  Have you used the card(s) for RE purchases or for rehab costs?  I was considering this option to purchase the property or make the down payment.  Could someone on the string share their experience in using the business credit card(s) to purchase or make the down payment?

I'm looking to increase my access to capital for real estate investing. I'm a buy and hold investor, and would like to pick up some properties using the BRRRR strategy. The company Fund & Grow was mentioned as a way to have access to "business capital". I'd appreciate hearing from any BP members who have used this company in the past 6 to 12 months. Hearing the pros and cons would be appreciated.
