Hello everyone. I am updating my location. I moved to Tennessee this past April 2019. My partner and I purchased a house in Atoka, TN. I currently own two assisted living homes in the suburbs of Memphis. We are almost settled in. I am learning more about real estate here in the Memphis area. We will see where this relocation takes me.

Hello everyone. My name is Denise Hunter. Professionally, I have spent the last 22 years working as a registered nurse. Now I am seeking to learn about real estate investing. I am primarily interested in multi-family buildings and tax liens. I want to buy and hold apartment buildings. I am interested in learning as much as I can so I can teach my son. I want to be the last generation in my family who looked to employment as a means to make a living. I want him to learn about investing so if he does continue working, it is because it's his choice, not a necessity.
