Is it necessary to do an LLC on a property you own in Tulum Mexico if you plan to do short term rental? Does anyone have management companies that they can recommend? My studio is suppose to be ready by the end of March, so many questions. Where is the best place to purchase, linen's rugs, a television dishes and art?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello all!,

Just joined Bigger Pockets today. I just purchased a Studio at MENESSE after spending three days in Playa and Tulum looking at properties. Anyone else out there that purchased there? Unit will be ready at end of March 2022. Is Sam's Club the best place to purchase pots and pans and other Kitchen supplies, as well as Bath towels, Sheets etc.? Also best place near Tulum to buy Artwork and other decorative items? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
