East side-Sapphire Beach is prime. Some condos HOA do not allow vacation rentals however we found one name Sapphire Beach resort and Sapphire Beach Village that allows them.

We ended up buying a condo in Sapphire Beach resort in Jan.

I'm 57 and want to supplement my income and eventually replace it with real estae investing. The good news is that I live in the Houston metropolitan area where there is so much opportunity. The bad news is there is a lot of competition. I've learned to immerse myself with real estate awareness regarding neighborhoods, crime, schools, trends and funding. Wish us all LUCK!!!
