Thanks for all of the comments folks. I will read, read, read. Right now I'm reading a book on LLCs. Given my age, and time limitations, there just is not enough time to read all of this stuff without making it more than a full-time job. With that stated. I am only looking to locate a single rental property.

I like the buy and hold idea. Flipping doesn't really appeal to me. Are you an experienced investor?
