Usually, the New construction side of real estate has a LOT of moving parts that you should dominate if you want to successful. 

I would start reading all I can about real estate and how everything works, then I would look for a mentor in that field that you can shadow or even do small tasks for him, and from there do bigger and more complicated things until you can be on your own.

Hi my name is Demetris I’m 21 currently in the Army National Guard working for a sales company and know nothing on how to get into New Construction.

I was hoping that someone could give me great insight on how to get started pertaining to the amount of capital I need, how to find and finance deals?
