I was looking forward to start investing in real estate in 2-3 years and I was wondering if you refinance a property does that mean the other house is paid off and the mortgage payment goes to the new home

@Menno Swartzentruber I recommend watching Dave Ramsey and his video on buying a house he will most likely recommend a no score loan from Churchill mortgage

I’m somewhat new to learning about real estate and I was looking forward to buying a single family home and doing a buy and hold with it in the next 2 years and I was wondering will refinancing a property pay off your first house in exchange of getting a new mortgage to buy another property
