Sachin, Michael, Paul --

I appreciate all of the candid insight and advice!  I'm doing my best to immerse myself in BP and check out the above recommendations. I can already see the value and I'm continually surprised by the breadth of this resource. I didn't really expect anyone to reply to my intro post. Thanks for making me feel welcome!

Hello All.  I'm new to the forum and new to income generating real estate.  I've owned a number of primary residences in the past but only recently decided to keep my last house as a rental property on my last move.  It's a bit unnerving since I don't own the home outright and my financial situation will be very difficult should the house not continue to rent.  I'm here to learn as much as I can about real estate and make informed decisions about my current and future investments.

Cheers!
