We have been working with Fund N Grow. They helped guige us on how to clear up our credit and then helped us to aquire funding in the form of business credit cards and a few personal credit cards. We worked with Donna Fuller and Veronica Purdy. Even with the time difference between California and Florida thyese Ladies made it happen.

We have a possible off market deal but does not look like much has sold it that area recently enough to make a good decision and we were looking for information om the market in that area

Can anyone tell me about bloomington IN? May have an off market deal coming up but we are located in CA. I believe it is around Bethel Lane area on 2.25 acr.

Have a property in Cameron that we need to move. Open to rent ,owner finance, lease option , or just plane old fashion sale. New to ion vesting  would like to do more in this area but have funds tied up in this one. Need to learn how to leverage this property.
