Has anyone been successful with finding a hard money lender that does not consider credit in their lending decision?

Congrats to you on awakening so early. If you take my two cents on the task of acquiring an apartment complex... then the book "ABCs of Real Estate Investing" is a must read. Twice actually! I believed you'll find it very helpful. Ken McElroy does an excellent job at detailing every aspect you'll need to be familiar with.

I found Brant Phillips' book "How to flip a house" very thoroug. There are, of course, others but I took to that one more.
