Hi Everyone! 

I'm currently working on collecting data of property owners in some areas of Hudson County, NJ (such as phone numbers and emails for marketing purposes). We use websites like Vulcan7 and Cole Realty Resources. What other websites do you guys use for this type of projects?

Hello everyone! 

I cannot wait get into the Real Estate world! I am located in NJ and I'm getting ready to take my exam for my license. Does anyone has any advice on how to study for the exam? This is my second time taking it. Please help!
