As the Feds drop rates to 0% today and advise banks to eliminate reserve requirements. How will this impact the RE market in terms of lending or will it impact it at all?

@Breelon Bryant while reading The Millionaire Real Estate Investor book by Gary Keller. He talks about how Millionare investors he'd interviewed for the book all had the same mindset when it came to their money. They didn't like their money not performing, they called it Dead Money like the unused equity on a property. They knew they'd have less monthly cash flow after a refi but now that money was invested into another performing asset and when invested correctly the % on that money would now be Healthy or if a higher % Wealthy money.
