Dave Carpenter - Thank You! Most likley city proper, NW Milwaukee looks interesting, open to suggestions, cash flow is my main goal. I use to own properties up on Brown Deer and 97th and duplexes on SIlver Spring and 60th.

I have been lurking here for a while and decided it’s time to introduce myself.

I have been involved in real estate in one way or another for past 20 years, as a Realtor, Lender, Landlord, Investor and Flipper. I have owned, bought, sold and rented anything from SFR to MF's in 3 different states.
I sold my last rental property in 2008 and figure it’s about time to get back in.
I will be concentrating on buy and hold strategy, for long term cash flow and due to my location I will be looking to out of state properties.
Looking forward to learning from others and sharing my experience here on Bigger Pockets!
