@Evan Bell

Thanks so much Evan! I’d love to connect and talk more . 🙌

Hello! New REI here trying to get started! Let's tip those scales!

I was so excited and ready to buy all three books from the series. But im glad i read these reviews first. Doesn't sound like the right series to invest in.

@Salvatore Lentini

Hello there Salvatore! I still need to learn how to analyze deals in my preferred market, figure out how to estimate rehab costs and raise private money so that i can get started this year. I’m working on my business plan now.

Congrats! Very exciting to read about your REI journey thus far. Cant wait to hear what comes down the pipeline for you !

@Richard Sutcliffe

Hey Richard! That's so exciting to here how far you've come in your REI journey especially since we are from the same turf with similar goals! I definitely want to connect. I can't wait to do exactly what's you're doing! Congrats on getting started and making it to SD!!

@Javier Santiago

Javier i definitely agree. My current strategy is to increase my savings rate and pay down the debt simultaneously. If my level of knowledge surpasses the need to raise my own capital vs Opm — I will absolutely use those funds for my first deal rather than pouring it into the debt. I’m trying to take the smartest possible approach . Thank you so much for you input. It’s motivating for sure.

Hi Katie!

What do you want to do with your real estate business this year?
Why?
I want to begin my real estate business because I truly believe its the piece to the puzzle that I have been missing. The main traits required to be a success REI are all of my strengths! I have worked many years since my teens holding down multiple jobs simultaneous. I am definitely ready to put the work in for me!

What are you going to do this year to move toward financial freedom? Why?

I am going to be aggressive in my research, get my knowledge and systems in place.  I want to kick fear in the shins, I want to put meaning back into my life, help others and their communities in a huge way. I want my time back and I want to feel a sense of accomplishment from all of the work that I put into everyday and actually get to maximize and witness my growth!

Hi Dee, welcome!!!

Id like to know how much is your student loan debt sometimes is better to keep the debt.

Hey Javier! I cant wait to be rehabbing in Philly just like you are now. I have about 42k in debt. My plan is to cut that in half so that I can qualify for traditional loan as I continue studying real estate and bring in private lenders. I've got that big picture in mind !!

 Thank you! Yes I totally get what you are saying here. I am definitely going to push myself as much as possible.
