Do any Canadians have experience wholesaling in the US? I am a bit confused about the taxes. I have heard that it does not make sense for Canadians to have an LLC. I am looking for information about the process in general as well as how to avoid getting double-taxed (Canada and US)

I am a Canadian looking to flip houses in the US. I wanted to know how to avoid getting double-taxed (Canada + USA)  and if there are any people or courses you could recommend to give me more information about the process of wholesaling in general and tips on how to begin.
