Indeed! More seems to be trickling into MLS now in spring but nothing really compelling yet.. at least with my search criteria and defined areas.

Hi all. I've been on the forums for a while but have yet to post an intro.

I'm an investor in Wichita looking for homes to remodel and resell. My wife and I did several profitable deals 8 years ago but then we had two kiddos and life got busy.

With the kids older, we want to get back into fixing up run down houses and reselling them.

Anything from the $60k to $120k range for purchase price would be ideal as we get back in the swing of things.

Right now my biggest obstacle is finding good opportunities to invest in. Anyone with a line on some options?

The whole family loves remodelling so it will be great to have something we can all work on together. My son has his piggy bank ready to invest!

Looking forward to meeting like minded individuals in the area.

You might factor a bit bigger vacancy rate for a "house in the backyard" rental. That could prove more challenging to find a tenant for.
