I am new on here. I enjoy reading the posts.  I am a broker/agent in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I am always open to new ideas and input. I think it's a great tool for learning from others experience. I am interested in flipping homes. I have seen great opportunities   but would like advice in finding investors.

Post: I'm 'not a serious buyer,' according to a realtor/broker!

I am a real estate broker in Fort Wayne IN and it is my legal, professional and personal character to always do what's best in the interest of my buyer/seller and I immediately submit any and all offers to sellers regardless of price. It is the sellers decision to decline not the broker/agent. Some agents should not be agents obviously and I am happy to say it does not apply to me.
