Just wanted to see how much the average wholesaler charges for an assignment fee for properties in North Florida (Jacksonville/Duval county). Curious about other areas of the U.S. if you want to chime in also.

Jax REIA has a monthly wholesale meetup group (free) that meets the last Monday of every month (except for holidays/December’s is cancelled). Cameron Gaskill is the host (good guy to know). It is at Sonny’s on University Blvd west. If you sign up for email alerts from Jax Reia you can see the monthly events that they host.

Ann & Jason, thanks for your response. I feel like (now) I'm more leaning to keep my professional picture off my business card and just use my logo. I still want to have a photo taken for purposes of this site, Facebook and an about section for my website. But what I think I'm learning is to keep that photo off the business cards to make it appear like I'm a large company with associates vs a one man show, small and inexperienced (even though I am the latter).

Julie and Bill, thank you for your input. I do plan on getting a professional picture taken for my business cards.

Thanks again!

I just filed for my LLC for real estate investing and it's effective on 1/1/2017. I have someone working on a logo for me and my next step is to order business cards....my guestion is should I put my profile photo on my business card like real estate agents do, or just use my logo with NO profile photo?
