I started an order on gobigprinting and noticed that there is a distrubition option labeled "non mailed".

What does it mean if I select that?

I see what you mean. I mis-spoke in my original post. What i had selected was "pending auction sale" and auction date within 2 months.

Thanks for the clarifications.

Also sounds like there are better list builders out there than list source. This has been my "playground" so far and when i pull the trigger on this i am planning on setting up a whole management suite of software. REIPro or Realeflow sound like they fit the bill very well here. Do you have nay experience with their list filtering? Do they have more knobs to tweak than list source?

Thanks @Sean OToole, I selected auction date to limit the list on purpose and make it very targeted. Sounds like we are on the same page and you're saying it is worth doing that.

I created a pre foreclosures list in listsource for my local area (SF Bay east area) I made it very specific - sfr, duplex, tri, quads, auction date within 2 months.

It filters down from 1.5 million to 57 addresses. Now, even with the given that these 57 people should be highly motivated I'm wondering if it's going to pay off. This is my first time endeavor and I'm planning on setting up a website with squeeze page and call tracker to help out since I'm also working full time. So there are other expenses involved.

What are your thoughts on on the potential?
