 Hello and welcome to BP.  Forget anything you have seen on TV.  Flipping is probably pest of what you mentioned.  Location is real important, probably the most.  I have a,lot of experience in construction and quite a bit about real estate.  I am 59 years old now and found BP about 6 months ago and I am still getting ready.  Good luck!

If you have spent 2 years or even 6 months "studying" and still haven't gotten started, you have to ask yourself what is going to change.  Keep doing what you are doing, and you'll keep getting what you've gotten.

Books and webinars only inform you.  They don't teach you.  A good on-site mentor will teach you and train you, so that when he or she leaves you, you are up and running with deals in the pipeline that will get you paid.

That's what the guy who mentored me did for me.  I made back every penny I invested and have been making money ever since.

Look into local rei meetings at meetup, canton and Ann Arbor both have them.

I am an active investor in South Florida that has been actively flipping properties for 3 years and a full time Realtor for 7. I also watched Cody and Josh's webinar and signed up.
