And yes, @Rod Yarger, I have that in mind. I plan to attend an REIA meeting this week, actually a few, and have started building relationships with people from my county in the appraisal district and banks.

Hello everyone, I am new to REI and am looking for my first homes to wholesale/fix & flip. I have dedicated quite some time to educate myself the best I can, for free of course. I appreciate any and all advice.
