Post: Contract language to use for renting my home as personal home

Hello

I seeking guidance on the language that I should use in a contract (im renting my home as a personal care home) to the person that is  renting my home as a personal care home. I live in Maryland and realize that the laws vary state to state,  Are they any specific items that i should incluse besides the usual (liability insurance, maintenance, ADA requirements).

Any information would be appreciated.
