I am so excited I

I am on my way to becoming a new agent.

I have finished my 1st course and passed.

Only 5 more courses to go and then I have to find a good broker to be sponsored by in Tyler Texas and then I can begin my journey.

My goal is to sell real estate and also invest as I go.  Investing is my ultimate goal!!

Another goal is to be finished with school by the end of Oct. And take the state exam by mid November.

So if you are from the East Texas Area please remember my name during the next year for you Real Estate needs.

Does anyone have any advice on questions to ask the brokers when I begin the interviewing portion of this journey?   Especially since I really would love to work for someone that is heavy in investing?

We are new to this industry and we are currently trying to put a team together.

I was wondering when interviewing your prospective law firm to get started what are some really good questions to ask him.

To start this business?

Hello,

I am 54 years old and I am new in real estate investing.  I am in the gathering of information and networking stage.

I am married for over 20 years to a wonderful man and he is very interested in real estate investments to develop wealth for the future with me.

We are currently reading the beginners guide by bigger pockets.  But would love some other directions for other resources to start reading.  We do have a small amount money to start with but I want to learn as much as we can before actually doing our 1st purchase with investing.

Our short time goal is to get my real estate license in the next 3 months. If anyone has any other suggestions we are open to hear them.  I am looking forward to this future adventure and the long time returns that are waiting for us.
