*More, not kore.

I have a condo (former Primary Residence) that I currently rent to a family member at cost. It has zero cash flow, but over $100K in equity. My new primary residence is paid for in full (thanks to the grands that passed). I want to use some of this equity to purchase more rentals, I just need help being pointed in the direction to maximize the equity. What would you do if you were sitting on $550K in equity?
