Hi @Yasmeen Hunter! Welcome to BP. I have found this site to be a wealth of information. I am also new at RE except for the 2 properties I rent. I am interested in flipping houses now. I have given myself "permission" to spend time learning instead of jumping right in. Like you I don't like to make mistakes! I do have one question for you. If you have good renters in your house, why do you want to sell it?

Do you have to be a realtor with access to the MLS to use Flipcomp?

I have also learned about SDIRA. The company I've looked at is New Direction IRA. Sounds good but oh so much to learn!

Yes, flips and buy and hold SFR.
