@Nadene Long Absolutely! I’m looking into getting my brokers licenses by e d of the year, but after much research, I’m not sure about the expense of a Brick and mortar. We definitely should connect!

@Marian Huish Yes! I was just reading the article about Kurz Realty moving over to ExP. But I really feel that if you’re producing at a high level, Or just have “deeper pockets”, it’s definitely a win, win. However, An individual looking to grow their business and as a broker, maybe not so much. But you’re absolutely right, they come with some great perks.

@Nadene Long @Charlie Cameron Thank you for your response. Extremely useful and exactly what I needed to know. There a lot of pros but the cons directly affect the path that I’m seeking to take. I’ll have to figure out the most logical way to go as a broker.

I’m a realtor seeking my brokers license and wanted to know if anyone know about Exp Realty’s platform for brokers and how it works. I had someone reach out to me and the cloud based office definitely cuts down on expenses, but I have no clue about splits etc. Any information would be appreciated.
