Hi, 

I am trying to purchase my first multi family with " low or no money down" like the good book says. I am looking for a good contact to get me in that direction. Looking to do a 203k or owner financing possibly, also brokers to help find deals locally. What I come to the table with is 12 years experience in residential construction and I don't know if this helps but  I've listened to every single podcast on BP (thank you BP!!) I love learning about this business and hope to establish wealth along the way.
