I will concur with negative comments above. I purchased three out of state "cash flow" rentals with Evernest. It has been a very poor investment decision. I would steer clear for sure.

I am here in Boise and I am still getting inquiries on the rentals I have coming available. As long as you have the correct amount of savings I believe you will be fine. This will pass, and those who keep moving forward conservatively through this will come out in a good position.

 I did two "Lonnie" deals last year here in Idaho.  Bought one for $1500, put $700 into fixing it up and sold it on short term contract for $5500. They made their final payment four months after we signed.

The other I bought for $3000, put $150 into it and sold it on contract-$1500 down and $220/mo for 7years. Payments going good so far.

The deals are out there but take a little searching and buddying up with some park managers.
